2 piece chicken thighs
1 ½ tbsp oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
2 tsp hot paprika
½ tsp ginger powder
¼ tsp garam masala
½ tsp coriander
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
14 oz milk
4 oz shredded cheese
1 tsp chili powder
¼ cup cilantro
1 whole thai chili pepper
8 oz mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Marinate the chicken with the seasoning below

Step 2
On medium-low heat, cook the chicken with 2 tbsp oil

Step 3
once the chicken is cooked, take out the chicken leaving some of the oil from the chicken
Step 4
In the same pan, the chicken was cooked put in butter and flour, and cook it for 2-3 mins and then slowly add in milk and bring to simmer for 3 mins while stirring. Then add in the cheese packet from mac n cheese, shredded cheese, and chili powder and cook until melted. Garnish with cilantro and thai chili pepper.

In an oven-safe pan, put in one layer of the mac n cheese and then some mozzarella cheese and another layer of mac n cheese, and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 450F until cheese is melted. Garnish with more cilantro
