Ingredients
1 lb shrimp
1 cup potato starch
โ cup corn meal
โ rice flour
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 whole beaten eggs
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp honey
8 oz hot sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 whole thai chili pepper

Step 1
Coat the shrimp in the dry batter first

Then coat in the egg batter
2 whole beaten eggs
Step 3
Then put back in the dry batter and coat it really well
Step 4
Fry at 375 F for about 3-4 mins and then take it out and let it rest for 5 mins and then fry again for about 3-4 mins
Step 5
To make the sauce, melt butter, add in hot sauce, honey and bring to simmer and let it simmer for about 2 mins then turn off the heat and add sesame oil and thai chili pepper
