1 lb chicken tenders
½ cup buttermilk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
3 tsp hot paprika
1 cup potato starch
⅓ cup corn meal
⅓ cup rice flour
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
6 oz hot sauce
1 whole thai chili pepper
Directions
Step 1
marinade the tenders for at least 12 hours with the mix below

coat in the seasoned dry batter

fry at 325 F for about 10 mins until golden brown and then double fry at 350F until fully brown
Step 4
Melt the butter on low heat and add the honey and hot sauce and bring to simmer and let it simmer for 5 mins and turn off the heat and add in thai chili peppers
