Ingredients

5 cloves garlic

15 mint leaves

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp salt

3 tbsp lime, juice

2 tbsp yogurt

1 tsp sugar

Step 1

Season your steak with your Nashville rub

Step 2

Bake at 270F until the internal temperature reaches 110F.

Sear in a pan on high. Add in butter, garlic and Thai chili pepper, basting until it's cooked to your liking. Let sit for 5 mins before slicing.
