Step 2
Saute shallots in oil until translucent, then add the bottom part of green onions and cook for 1 min, then add butter and garlic and toast garlic on low heat for about 2-4 mins and add in the shrimp and cook on low heat. Once done garnish with cilantro and thai chili peppers and mix

Then assemble by starting with cooked french fries, then shrimp and cheese and bake it until cheese is fully melted.
