1 tbs sesame oil
1 clove garlic (chopped)

Directions
Step 1
Mix wings together with olive oil and the seasoning blend below.

Step 2
Place the wings thick skin side up on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake at 425°F for 15 - 20 mins.

Step 3
Meanwhile, mix together sesame oil, garlic and Thai chili pepper. Let that sit for about 10 mins to let the flavors mix.

Once the wings are done, pour the sauce on top of them and toss. Add in some grated parmesan, thinly sliced chives and sesame seeds.
