Step 2
Slice the challah into thick pieces, and then dunk them into the egg wash, covering both sides.

Add the slices to a buttered pan and toast on each side until brown and crispy.

Gotta have the Thai chilli. Slice it in half, remove the seeds, and mix the pepper in honey.
