Ingredients

2 cup sliced onion

1 tsp salt

1 green onions

1 garlic

4 eggs

4 cup cooked white rice

1 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp fish sauce

1 cilantro

1 Thai chili peppers

1 tbsp sesame oil

Directions

Step 1

Add a little bit of oil and put on medium heat.

Step 2

Add onions and salt and cook until translucent.

Add in a bit more oil, and put in the bottom part of green onion and chopped garlic.

Add in more oil to adjust.

Step 5

Add four half-beaten eggs. Cook for a bit, then add cooked rice .

Add soy sauce and fish sauce, then cook for about 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat, and add in green onions, cilantro, and thai chili pepper.
