Ingredients
⅓ cup potato starch
1 ½ tbs white rice flour
soft shelled-crab
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
½ tsp seasoned salt
canola oil
old bay

Directions
Step 1
Mix together potato starch, white rice flour and the seasoning mix below.

Step 2
Toss your crabs in frying oil and the spice mix below. They should be well seasoned.

Next, thoroughly coat the crab in your flour mixture.
Step 4
Fry at 350° until golden brown, basting repeatedly to get both sides crispy.
Step 5
Once off the oil, season with old bay and top with chopped Thai chili peppers. Enjoy!
