1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp ketchup

Step 1
Marinade your chicken with the ingredients below.

In a separate bowl, add flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

Dip your marinated chicken in the flour, then back in the marinade, then back in the flour.
Step 4
Fry in canola oil at 350F until golden brown.

Add in equal parts mayo, mustard and ketchup to create your sauce. Add in some chopped Thai chili peppers as well.
Step 6
Assemble your burger with a toasted bun, chicken, cheese, cucumber and homemade sauce. Enjoy!
