Ingredients

1 lb chicken thighs

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

2 whole eggs

½ cup panko bread crumbs

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp oil

¼ cup rice flour

Directions

Step 1

Pound your chicken and marinate with the seasoning below

Coat in rice flour

Step 3

coat in egg wash

2 whole eggs

Step 4

Coat in seasoned panko bread crumbs

½ cup panko bread crumbs

1 tsp onion powder

Step 5

Fry on medium-low heat on golden brown on each side

Step 6

Serve with seasoned rice and sauce and thai chili peppers
