Ingredients

1 lb chicken wings

1 tbs avocado oil

2 tsp hot paprika

1 tsp granulated garlic

1 tsp granulated onion

tsp salt (or to taste)

Directions
Step 1
Add wings, avocado oil and the seasoning mix below to a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Step 2
Place wings on your baking tray with the thick skin side up and bake at 425° for 30 mins. I place my tray on top of a baking sheet that's lined with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Toss wings in your favorite hot sauce and thinly sliced Thai chili peppers and enjoy!
