Step 1
Mix together buttermilk, red pepper flakes, sriracha and garlic powder in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together potato starch, cornmeal and salt.

Dunk your chicken wings in the wet mixture first and then into the dry bread mixture. Coating fully at each step.
Step 4
Fry chicken at 225°F until very light golden brown.

Fry again a second time at 375°F this time until cooked through and crispy.

Sprinkle fried chicken with a little bit of salt.

Add the juice of 1 lemon, blackberries, cinnamon sticks and sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Once the blackberries begin to soften, you can smash them against the saucepan. Next add in Thai chili pepper and honey.
