5 corn, quartered
6 tbsp olive oil

13 ½ oz coconut milk
1 tbsp fish sauce
cup chives, half
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp gochugaru powder
1 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1
Quarter the corns and toss with olive oil and salt in a mixing bowl. Set air fryer to 390F and cook about 12-13 minutes. Turning the corn halfway through .

Step 2
In a sauce pan, combine coconut milk, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook until sugar dissolves, then turn off heat and add chives.

Once corn is done, plate, drizzle sauce, add more chives, gochugaru, and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
