Ingredients
6 oz Wagyu sirloin

2 tbsp avocado oil
1 package chapagetti
1 package neoguri

Step 1
Pat steak dry, season all sides with salt.

Get a pan hot, add oil. Sear steak on all sides about 2 minutes, getting a nice crust. We’re going to cook the steak to rare, because it will finish cooking in sauce.

6 oz Wagyu sirloin

Rest steak 5 mins and cut into cubes. Set aside
Step 4
Boil 4 cups of water, and add the dry veggies from both packs of ramen.
Step 5
Add noodles, and cook shy of al dente, about 3-4 mins.
1 package chapagetti
1 package neoguri
Step 6
Strain the water, reserving about 3/4 cup of the starchy water.
Step 7
Add noodles back into pot, with water, and all the sauce packets. Mix, and add the steak back in. Mix about 15 seconds then plate.
