Ingredients

15 Shrimp, head on U-12 size

2 tbsp gochugaru powder

3 tbsp Garlic, minced

½ cup white wine

1 tbsp Fish sauce

½ cup irish butter (unsalted)

handful Cilantro, chopped

1 Lime, juice

as needed salt

3 tbsp Neutral oil

Directions

Step 1

Start by deveining the shrimp with a toothpick. Go inbetween the shells and pull out digestive tract.

15 Shrimp, head on U-12 size

Step 2

Head up a large pan, and add your oil. Sear the shrimps about a minute each side, getting good color on each side.

3 tbsp Neutral oil

Step 3

Remove shrimp, and add garlic and gochugaru. Mix and cook about 20 seconds, adding oil if it’s too dry.

3 tbsp Garlic, minced

2 tbsp gochugaru powder

Step 4

Deglaze with white wine, reducing 80% volume.

½ cup white wine

Step 5

Add fish sauce and butter, and melt completely while mixing. Season with salt.

Step 6

Add the shrimp back in, and toss well. Cook an addition 3-4 mins on medium-low heat, flipping the shrimp and basting with sauce.

Step 7

Squeeze fresh lime juice, and garnish with chopped cilantro. Adjust seasoning. Enjoy!
