½ tsp baking soda

Directions
Step 1
In a nonstick pan, add the sugar and mix constantly over low heat. Once sugar melts, wait till turns amber color.

Turn off heat, add baking soda, mix until incorporated and fluffy, about 10 seconds, pour onto silpat or parchment.

Step 3
Press with stainless steel pan very quickly.
