Step 1
Blend basil and oil together on low speed about 30 seconds.

Step 2
Pour mix into pan and cook on medium heat. Once bubbling, reduce heat to lowest heat and simmer for 20 mins.

Have an ice bath ready, and strain mix into mixing bowl and stir over ice. Once cool, pour into container and store in fridge until use.
