Ingredients

1 puff pastry cut into 3rds

3 strips bacon

1 c shredded cheddar cheese

1 egg + dash of water for egg wash
S&P

Garlic powder
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Add parchment paper to your pan.
Step 2
Lay down slices of bacon, cheddar cheese and cover with puff pastry.
Step 3
Add egg wash and seasonings.
Step 4
Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes.
Step 5
At this point the puff pastry was golden brown but the bacon needed to be crispier so I added tinfoil on top and let it continue baking for another 20 min.
