Ingredients

1 tbsp white miso

2 eggs (you can just use egg yolks here)

1 whole garlic roasted

½ c finely grated parm plus more for serving

2 packs of TJ Squiggly knife cut style noodles

Directions
Step 1
Roast the garlic ahead of time and then just smash it.
Step 2
Whisk eggs with miso, roasted garlic, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cook noodles and reserve water.
Step 4
Add starchy water to the egg mixture and then combine with noodles and mix well.
Step 5
Serve with extra parm and black pepper.
