Ingredients

½ lb (240g) pasta

1 c heavy cream

1 ½ c shredded Kerrygold Cheddar Reserve cheese

Ranch seasoning (to taste)

½ c ranch dressing

½ c cooked chopped bacon

1 c cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
S&P to taste
Directions
Step 1
Cook the pasta until al dente.

Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.

For the Sauce:
Step 1
Add heavy cream to pan on medium heat and bring to a simmer.

Add in ranch seasoning and ranch dressing.

Ranch seasoning (to taste)

½ c ranch dressing

Add the shredded Kerrygold Cheddar Reserve cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

Combine Ingredients:
Step 1
Add the cooked bacon, shredded rotisserie chicken, and cooked pasta to the sauce.

½ c cooked chopped bacon

1 c cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded

½ lb (240g) pasta

Add pasta water a little at a time, stirring until the sauce coats the noodles and chicken well.
Step 3
Serve immediately.
Step 4
You can add extra bacon bits on top if desired.
