Cacio e Pepe Ravioli

Black pepper

Finely grated parm

Pasta water

Butter
Directions
Step 1
Crack a ton of black pepper into finely grated parm
Step 2
Add the Pasta water until it forms a thick mixture
Step 3
Add Ravioli to a pan with some melted butter
Step 4
Turn off heat and add mixture
Step 5
Mix mix mix quick otherwise the cheese will start to thicken too much and clump
Step 6
Get it off the heat completely and add a little extra pasta water to save the day
