For the Dough and Topping
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
Unroll the crescent roll dough cans. You'll have 16 triangles total.
Step 3
Spread half of the buffalo chicken filling mixture evenly over each sheet of crescent roll dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Step 4
Starting from the wide end, roll up each sheet of dough tightly into a ball.
Step 5
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each one.
Step 7
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 8
Let them cool slightly before serving. You can drizzle extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing over them or have ranch and blue cheese dressing on the side.
