Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

4 large eggs, scrambled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup minced garlic

1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Crescent Dough

Open the can of crescent roll dough according to package directions. Separate the dough into 8 triangles.

Assemble the Knots

Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese in the center of each triangle. Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end, to form a knot. Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet.

Make the Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic.

Brush the tops of the knots with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
