Ingredients

8 eggs

16 oz cottage cheese

2 c cheddar cheese

8 slices bacon cooked and chopped

½ c milk
S&P

Garlic powder

Onion powder
9 Hashbrowns
Directions
Step 1
Remove hash browns from the freezer and let them thaw while you prep everything. You can pre-bake these too but they do get crispy by the end.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 375.
Step 3
Blend eggs, cottage cheese milk and season
Step 4
Pour into a greased pan. Top with cheese (reserving 1/2 c for later) and bacon.
Step 5
Bake for 20 min at 375.
Step 6
Take out the casserole and top with hashbrowns and more cheese and bake for another 15-20 min and then broil until the top is golden brown and crispy.
