Ingredients

2 tbsp butter

1 c heavy cream

2 c Wisconsin sharp cheddar shredded

½ lb pasta

For the Seasoning
S&P

Garlic powder

onion powder
Directions
Step 1
Cook pasta until al dente.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, melt butter and add in heavy cream and seasonings.
Step 3
Let that simmer and then add in 1 c of cheese at a time until the sauce comes together.
Step 4
Add in your pasta.
Step 5
Taste your sauce and add additional seasonings if needed.
Step 6
Optional: Add breadcrumbs or extra cheese and broil for a few minutes.
