Ingredients

T Bone Steak

Salt

Pepper

Garlic

Rosemary

1 stick of Room Temperature Butter

Olive/Avocado Oil

For the Garlic Compound Butter

Room Temperature Butter

Minced Garlic

Chopped Rosemary

Thyme

Parsley

Salt

Directions

Step 1

For the Compound Butter

Step 1

Make our garlic compound butter. You combine your room temperature butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, and parsley. Season your butter with salt and butter.

Step 2

Put your butter onto some plastic wrap and twist it until it is a circular shape.

Step 3

Allow to refridgerate for at least an hour before using.

Step 4

For the T-Bone Steak

Step 1

Season your steak generously on both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Heat a cast iron with olive oil or avocado oil.

Step 3

Once the oil has heated, add in your steak, and push steak down to help with an even sear.

Step 4

Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes for a medium rare steak.

Step 5

Add in 2 TBSP of your Garlic Compound butter, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.

Step 6

Baste your steak for 30-45 seconds.

Step 7

Remove steak and allow to rest for 8-10 minutes before slicing.
