Ingredients
Red Potatoes
½ Sliced Green Bell Pepper
½ Sliced Yellow Bell Pepper
½ Sliced White Onion
NY Strip Steak
Dano’s Cheesoning/All Purpose Seasoning
For the Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Chicago Steak Seasoning
1 tbsp of Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
2 - 3 Eggs
Cheese of your liking
¼ cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Step 1
Prep everything first, cut your potatoes to size of your liking, slice your peppers and onion.
Step 2
Boil your potatoes for about 15 minutes and then drain, once drained, season your potaotes with some all purpose seasoning or Dano’s Cheesoning.
Step 3
Pre Heat oven to 375.
Step 4
Season your steak very well on both sides, and heat your pan on a high heat.
Step 5
Once the pan and oil has heated, add your steak and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Do not flip in between, let it get a really good sear on that steak.
Step 6
Set aside and rest, this is a medium rare steak, if you like a different temp, continue to cook for an additional 2 mintues on each side.
Step 7
Crack your eggs, season lightly with salt and pepper, add heavy whipping cream and mix very well.
Step 8
Cook eggs on a low to medium heat, and once mostly done turn your heat off.
Step 9
Put your potatoes in a skillet with the peppers and onion, slice your steak and place it on top, place your eggs, add cheese on top of eggs. Place it in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
Step 10
Garnish with green onion or parsley! Enjoy!
