Ingredients
2 Lobster Tails
1 lb of Peeled & Deveined Jumbo Shrimp
Linguine Noodles
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1 Shallot
4 tbsp Garlic Herb Butter
Parsley
⅔ cup Chicken Broth (or white wine)
⅓ cup Pasta Water
1 Lemon
For the seasonings
Garlic Herb @mccormickspice
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Directions
Step 1
Prep by cutting shallots, mincing your garlic, cutting your lemon slices, and parsley.
Step 2
Cut Lobster Tails in half, and make sure your shrimp are nice and deveined.
Step 3
Season your shrimp and lobster tails with the seasonings listed above.
Step 4
Begin boiling your water, add salt, once boiling cook according to the packaging.
Step 5
In a heated pan add in your olive oil and allow it to heat, add in your shrimp and allow them to cook for 2 minutes on each side. Add in 1 TBSP of your garlic herb butter and parsley.
Step 6
Remove shrimp from pan and add in your lobster tails, allow it to cook for 3 minutes on each side, and add in your garlic herb butter.
Step 7
Use 2/3 lemon slices and squeeze some lemon juice onto the lobster tails. Remove from pan once finished cooking.
Step 8
In the same pan melt down 3 TBSP of butter, add in your shallots, parsley, and garlic until aromatic.
Step 9
Add in your wine or chicken broth, and crushed red peppers. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 10
Add in pasta water and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, and turn down the heat.
Step 11
Add in your 3 TBSP of butter and add your noodles back in along with the shrimp and lobster tails.
Step 12
Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
