Ingredients
3 Lobster Tails
10 - 12 Large Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
2 Green onions, chopped
¼ Chopped Yellow Onion
2 tbsp of Minced Garlic
½ cup Soy Sauce
1 ½ cup of White Rice
½ Blend of TBSP salt, pepper, garlic Powder
Pure Irish Garlic Herb Butter
Directions
Step 1
Start by removing the meat from the Lobster Tail. Use Kitchen Scissors to cut through the middle of the tail, pop the shell open, and remove as much meat as you can.
Step 2
Wash your lobster meat to assure all of the shell pieces have been removed.
Step 3
Cut your lobster tail into bite sized pieces.
Step 4
Create a seasoning blend with the seasonings listed for the easiest results.
Step 5
Heat a wok on a medium to high heat, add in your olive oil and garlic herb butter.
Step 6
Once butter has melted, add in your lobster meat, season generously, and allow to cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Scoot your lobster meat to one side, and add in your shrimp. Be sure your shrimp is laid individually and not piled on top of one another. To ensure the best cook on both sides.
Step 8
Cook those both for an additional 4-5 minutes. Once your seafood is finished, remove it from the pan, and set it aside.
Step 9
In the same pan, add in sesame oil, and turn your heat down to a medium/low setting.
Step 10
Add in your garlic, onion, and green onions, cook until aromatic for about 2 minutes total.
Step 11
Add in your day old rice, or you can get some steamed white rice from your local Chinese Food Restaurant, and be sure all of the clumps are removed from the rice.
Step 12
Turn the heat in your pan back up to a medium high, add in your frozen peas and carrots, and cook down for 3 minutes.
Step 13
Add in your soy sauce, and sprinkle in some of your seasoning blend as well. Mix well until combined for 2/3 minutes, watch your heat and make sure you are not burning your rice.
Step 14
Push your rice to the side, add in your eggs, cook those down, and mix well with your rice.
Step 15
Add in the seafood, well combined! Garnish with some green onion, and add in Yum Yum sauce if you would like! Enjoy!
