Ingredients

Rack of Lamb

2 tbsp Honey

Walkerswood Jerk Marinade

½ tbsp Kinders Greek Blend

½ tbsp Salt

½ tbsp Pepper

1 tbsp Olive Oil

¼ Brown Sugar

3 tbsp Melted Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2

Season your lamb chops with salt, pepper, and Kinders.

Step 3

Set lamb chops aside to make your sauce, combine butter, honey, brown sugar, and 1/2 TBSP Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning (Mild/Spicy is your preference)

Step 4

Heat a pan with olive oil on a high heat (7 on heat knob).

Step 5

Once heated, add in your lamb chops and cook on each side for 3 minutes.

Step 6

Remove from heat and set inside a baking dish.

Step 7

Add sauce to the top of the rack of lamb and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Step 8

Once finished rest for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
