Ingredients
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Pepper
Creole
Paprika
3 tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 cup of Flour
1 cup of Corn Starch
Vegetable Oil
10 Chicken Wings
Directions
Step 1
Heat your oil in a pot or deep fryer, going for a temp of 350 degrees.
Step 2
Season your chicken generously with every seasoning listed, about 1 TBSP of each seasoning should do the trick.
Step 3
Add mustard on your chicken and give it all a really good mix. Make sure your chicken is seasoned very very generously.
Step 4
Season your flour/corn startch mixture with the same seasonings: 1/2 TBSP each.
Step 5
Dip your seasoned chicken into the mixture and make sure it is very well coated.
Step 6
Add chicken into the oil and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and the texture you desire.
Step 7
Serve with your favorite side and enjoy!
