Ingredients
6 - 8 Red Skin Potatoes
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
½ stick of Butter
1 tsp of Minced Garlic
3 tbsp of Chicken Bouillon
2 tbsp of Garlic Herb McCormick Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Chives
Directions
Step 1
Dice your potatoes into bigger chunks to help with cooking time.
Step 2
Add potatoes and chicken bouillon to a pot of boiling water on medium to high heat.
Step 3
After 20 minutes or once the potatoes are softened, drain water and mash your potatoes well.
Step 4
Add in heavy whipping cream and mix well with mashed potatoes.
Step 5
Add in your seasonings, butter, and chives.
Step 6
