Ingredients

2 Kings Hawaiian Slider Packs

5 - 6 Chicken Thighs (boneless, skinless)

Lettuce

2 tomatoes

8 - 9 Bacon Slices

3 - 4 6 TBSP Mayo (some for the bun to get crispy some for the sauce. Sauce needs about TBSP)

1 tbsp Chipotle Seasoning

½ tbsp lime juice

1 Seasonings ( TBSP Each

All Purpose Seasoning (my faves are Badia and McCormick!)

Paprika

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

½ tbsp Creole Seasoning

½ tbsp Black Pepper

⅔ tbsp Olive oil

Cheese of your choice! Pepper jack works really well with this recipe.

2 tbsp Butter

1 Minced Garlic Clove

Chopped Parsley

Directions

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 375.

Step 2

Next season your chicken generously with seasonings listed above (chipotle seasoning is only for the sauce). Combine with about 1 TBSP of olive oil and mix well.

Step 3

Heat a pan with olive oil and cook your chicken thighs on a medium to high heat (5 on stove knob) allow to cook on each side for about 5 mins before flipping. You may flip a few times before it reaches internal temp of 165.

Step 4

Once chicken is finished, remove it from the pan and allow it to rest.

Step 5

On a baking tray, lay down your slider buns and place a little Mayo on the bottom buns.

Step 6

Place in oven for 6-10 minutes or until nice and golden brown.

Step 7

As your buns are in the oven, go ahead and slice your chicken into bite sized pieces.

Step 8

In a bowl, melt your butter, garlic & parsley together.

Step 9

Remove buns from the oven and place cheese and chicken on to the bottom bun. Place top buns back on and Brush garlic butter on the top of the buns.

Step 10

Put back into oven for about 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt.

Step 11

While baking, mix remaining mayo, lime juice, chipotle seasoning.

Step 12

Remove from the oven and remove the top buns, put sauce on the top buns

Step 13

Before placing top buns back, add lettuce, tomato slices, and your bacon.

Step 14

Slice into each one individually & Enjoy!!
