Hi! I’m Yarin, a home baker and cook.

My culinary journey began as a teenager, inspired by my mom, an incredible cook. She taught me the basics, and from there, I put my own spin on things. My style is mostly Mediterranean-inspired, but I love experimenting with different flavors and cuisines.

In recent years, videography has become a big part of my life, so I decided to combine my love for cooking with my passion for creating content. I'm excited to share my journey of making delicious food with you!

If you’re looking for a new twist on avocado toast, you have to try this whipped avocado & ricotta toast. It mixes two of my favorite ingredients into a smooth, tasty spread. It’s easy to make and has a bit of a gourmet touch - light, flavorful, and kind of addictive. The pistachios and chili flakes add texture and a bit of heat, but you can tweak them to your taste.

Whipped Avocado & Ricotta Toast

In a food processor, combine the avocados, ricotta, garlic (if using), lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Blend at high speed until the mixture is super smooth.

Using a piping bag, pipe the whipped avocado and ricotta mixture over the toast, or spread it with a knife.

Garnish with chili flakes and chopped pistachios. Drizzle with olive oil.
