Hi! I’m Yarin, a home baker and cook.

My culinary journey began as a teenager, inspired by my mom, an incredible cook. She taught me the basics, and from there, I put my own spin on things. My style is mostly Mediterranean-inspired, but I love experimenting with different flavors and cuisines.

In recent years, videography has become a big part of my life, so I decided to combine my love for cooking with my passion for creating content. I'm excited to share my journey of making delicious food with you!

Ravioli with Caramelized Onion Sauce

Slice the onions into rings, then cut these rings in half.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and onions.

Stir in sugar and butter, cook for 2 minutes, mixing well.

Add white wine, thyme, garlic, and balsamic vinegar, continue mixing.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to boil with ½ tablespoon of salt.

Continue to sauté the onions until browned, then add the spinach and mix well. Pour in the heavy cream and water, season with salt and black pepper, lower the heat, and stir to combine.

Cook the Ravioli according to the package instructions (about 3-4 minutes), then drain.

Add the Ravioli to the sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and mix gently, cooking for 1-2 minutes, until the ravioli is thoroughly heated. Be careful not to break the Ravioli.

Serve topped with additional Parmesan, chili oil (if using), freshly ground black pepper, and fresh chopped parsley.
