Hi! I’m Yarin, a home baker and cook.

My culinary journey began as a teenager, inspired by my mom, an incredible cook. She taught me the basics, and from there, I put my own spin on things. My style is mostly Mediterranean-inspired, but I love experimenting with different flavors and cuisines.

In recent years, videography has become a big part of my life, so I decided to combine my love for cooking with my passion for creating content. I'm excited to share my journey of making delicious food with you!

Orzo with Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

Place a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the butter, olive oil, and garlic. Sauté until golden, which will take about one minute.

Add the orzo and stir for about 1-3 minutes.

Gradually pour in the water while stirring. Add the salt, pepper, and Cheesoning. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens.

Add the heavy cream and reduce the heat. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Cover the saucepan, lower the heat to a minimum, and let it cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Stir regularly.

Using a pestle and mortar or a small food processor, combine the garlic, walnuts, and salt.

Add the Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and olive oil, and grind until very finely minced.

Remove the orzo from the heat and mix in about 3 tbsp. of the pesto.
