These Nutella Banana Egg Rolls are a great tribute to my recent trip to Thailand. While there, I really enjoyed fried bananas with coconut and banana roti. Inspired to recreate a similar experience, I decided to combine bananas with the crunchy texture of egg roll wrappers and the rich flavor of Nutella. This dish isn't just delicious; it's also simple to make, requiring just a few ingredients and less than 30 minutes of your time.
