Hi! I’m Yarin, a home baker and cook.

My culinary journey began as a teenager, inspired by my mom, an incredible cook. She taught me the basics, and from there, I put my own spin on things. My style is mostly Mediterranean-inspired, but I love experimenting with different flavors and cuisines.

In recent years, videography has become a big part of my life, so I decided to combine my love for cooking with my passion for creating content. I'm excited to share my journey of making delicious food with you!

My fusion of Spaghetti Bolognese. So simple to make but super yummy. That’s one of my favorite dishes- a perfect combination between Italian and middle eastern food.

My Fusion of Spaghetti Bolognese

In a food processor puree the tomatoes and keep them for later.

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions, and save 2 cups of the pasta water.

Heat a wide saucepot on medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil and the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then add the ground beef and cook for another 60 seconds.

Add the salt & pepper, paprika, turmeric, cumin, and chili flakes, and cook until the beef is halfway cooked.

Add the tomatoes, 1 cup of pasta water, honey, and mix. Then cook it for about 5-6 minutes.

Try the sauce and see if anything is needed- if it’s too sour, add honey.

At this point, if most of the water evaporated, use the second cup of pasta water and add it gradually as needed.

Lower the heat to medium and let it cook for another 8 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add basil and olive oil- wait 5-10 minutes before serving.

tomatoes (depends on their size) you can use a can of chopped or diced tomatoes

chili flakes (if you don’t like it spicy, use extra paprika instead)
