Hi! I’m Yarin, a home baker and cook.

My culinary journey began as a teenager, inspired by my mom, an incredible cook. She taught me the basics, and from there, I put my own spin on things. My style is mostly Mediterranean-inspired, but I love experimenting with different flavors and cuisines.

Italian-style Crispy Fried Egg on a Garlic Challah Toast

Heat a pan with olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the cherry tomatoes and toss for 2-3 minutes.

Add basil and cook for another 30 seconds.

Crack the egg into the pan, and add salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes, or until white is set.

While the egg is cooking, lightly toast the bread. Then, spread ricotta out over the challah toast

Place the fried egg and the garlic-tomatoes & basil mix on top.
