Ingredients
1 sourdough slice
½ avocado
1 egg
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Salt & pepper
3 cloves of garlic confit
Directions
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to boil, then lower the heat and wait until there are no bubbles.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
Step 3
Pour the ramekin with the egg into the middle of the vortex and set a timer for 3minutes.
Step 4
Lightly toast the bread.
Step 5
Using a butter knife spread the garlic over the toast.
Step 6
Cut the avocado into thin slices
Step 7
Top toast with avocado and poached egg, and add salt & pepper.
