Hi! I’m Yarin, a home baker and cook.

My culinary journey began as a teenager, inspired by my mom, an incredible cook. She taught me the basics, and from there, I put my own spin on things. My style is mostly Mediterranean-inspired, but I love experimenting with different flavors and cuisines.

In recent years, videography has become a big part of my life, so I decided to combine my love for cooking with my passion for creating content. I'm excited to share my journey of making delicious food with you!

Crispy fried chicken, zesty jalapeno sauce, fresh arugula, and sweet cherry tomato confit, all drizzled with honey and squeezed in between toasted baguette halves.

Fried Chicken Sandwich with Cherry Tomato Confit

2.⁠ ⁠Place the shallots, cherry tomatoes, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper into an oven-safe baking dish.

3.⁠ ⁠Bake for about 30-40 minutes, until the tomatoes have softened.

1.⁠ ⁠Add oil to a pan with the jalapeno and serrano peppers, roast them for a few minutes, then add the chopped garlic and cook for another 30-60 seconds.

2.⁠ ⁠In a food processor, combine the roasted peppers, garlic, mayo, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.

3.⁠ ⁠Blend until the mixture forms a smooth paste.

1.⁠ ⁠Add avocado or canola oil to a frying pan.

2.⁠ ⁠Prepare one plate with flour, one bowl with whisked eggs and a pinch of salt, and one plate with bread crumbs.

3.⁠ ⁠Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour, then dip them in the whisked eggs, and finally coat them with bread crumbs.

4.⁠ ⁠Place the chicken in the hot oil and fry until golden. Remove and place on a plate covered with paper towels.

1.⁠ ⁠Spread the jalapeno sauce on the bottom part of the toasted baguette, then add fresh arugula and place the fried chicken on top.

2.⁠ ⁠Add Calabrian chili sauce, spread it across the fried chicken, add the cherry tomato confit, and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with parsley, close the sandwich with the top part of the baguette, and serve immediately.

⁠  ⁠2 serrano peppers (optional, if you like it spicy)

⁠  ⁠2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts  

⁠  ⁠1 tsp Calabrian chili sauce (optional)
