Hi! I’m Yarin, a home baker and cook.

My culinary journey began as a teenager, inspired by my mom, an incredible cook. She taught me the basics, and from there, I put my own spin on things. My style is mostly Mediterranean-inspired, but I love experimenting with different flavors and cuisines.

In recent years, videography has become a big part of my life, so I decided to combine my love for cooking with my passion for creating content. I'm excited to share my journey of making delicious food with you!

Crispy Cheesy Potatoes

Cut the potatoes in half and place them in a large bowl.

Add the melted butter, olive oil, Cheesoning, a pinch of flaky sea salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Stir well to coat the potatoes.

Spread the grated Parmesan cheese evenly across the bottom of a baking dish.

Arrange the potatoes on top of the Parmesan cheese, making sure the cut sides of the potatoes are touching the cheese.

Brush the potatoes with any remaining butter and olive oil mixture.

Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

While the potatoes are cooling, make the sauce. Mix the mayonnaise and hot chili sauce until well combined.

Gently flip the potatoes so they're upside-down, and separate them.

Sprinkle with additional flaky sea salt to taste and serve.
