Hi! I’m Yarin, a home baker and cook.

My culinary journey began as a teenager, inspired by my mom, an incredible cook. She taught me the basics, and from there, I put my own spin on things. My style is mostly Mediterranean-inspired, but I love experimenting with different flavors and cuisines.

As Valentine's Day approaches, I felt inspired to make this Cinnamon Graham Cracker Tiramisu. I believe Tiramisu is a beautiful way to conclude any (romantic) meal. Personally, I prefer the eggless version of Tiramisu, and using cinnamon graham crackers adds a fun twist to this lovely dessert.

Cinnamon Graham Cracker Tiramisu

Add the heavy whipping cream to a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed using electric mixers (or a stand mixer). Place it in the fridge.

In another bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese with sugar and 1 oz. coffee liqueur until smooth and the sugar has dissolved.

Gently fold in the whipped cream with the mascarpone mixture until combined.

In a medium bowl, mix the espresso with the remaining ½ oz. coffee liqueur.

Quickly dip the cinnamon graham crackers in the coffee mixture and layer them in the baking dish.

Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top, smoothing it gently, then add another layer of cinnamon graham crackers (dipped in the coffee mixture).

Add the rest of the mascarpone mixture and smooth the top.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Once ready, dust the top with cocoa powder and serve.

Approximately  pieces of cinnamon graham crackers.
