Hi! I’m Yarin, a home baker and cook.

My culinary journey began as a teenager, inspired by my mom, an incredible cook. She taught me the basics, and from there, I put my own spin on things. My style is mostly Mediterranean-inspired, but I love experimenting with different flavors and cuisines.

In recent years, videography has become a big part of my life, so I decided to combine my love for cooking with my passion for creating content. I'm excited to share my journey of making delicious food with you!

Brioche Avocado Toast

Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring it to a boil. Add white vinegar and then the eggs. Cook for about 8-9 minutes.

Place the eggs in a bowl with iced water for at least 5 minutes.

Cut the avocado in half and discard the pit. Using the tip of a paring knife, score the avocado flesh into medium squares.

Place garlic cloves in mortar and pestle, and smash the garlic until it’s minced.

Add avocado, salt, and pepper and smash it together with the garlic.

Add lime zest, lime juice, green onion, Parmigiano Reggiano, and mix.

Remove the egg shells and cut the eggs into halves.

Place 2 halves on top of the avocado, and add chili oil, salt, and black pepper.

Optional for topping: Radish and microgreens
