Hi! I’m Yarin, a home baker and cook.

My culinary journey began as a teenager, inspired by my mom, an incredible cook. She taught me the basics, and from there, I put my own spin on things. My style is mostly Mediterranean-inspired, but I love experimenting with different flavors and cuisines.

In recent years, videography has become a big part of my life, so I decided to combine my love for cooking with my passion for creating content. I'm excited to share my journey of making delicious food with you!

Avocado & Burrata Toast

Mince the garlic in a mortar and pestle. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the garlic.

Add the lemon juice, salt, ground black pepper, grated parmesan cheese, and olive oil.

Mash the avocado mixture until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

In a medium pan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Add the paprika and Aleppo pepper to the melted butter, stirring until well combined.

Toast the sourdough bread slice until golden brown.

Spread the avocado mixture generously on top of the toast.

Place the ball of burrata cheese on top of the avocado spread.

Drizzle the hot butter evenly over the toast.

Sprinkle the chopped dill and lemon zest over the burrata.

Scatter the toasted pine nuts over the top.
