Hi! I’m Yarin, a home baker and cook.

My culinary journey began as a teenager, inspired by my mom, an incredible cook. She taught me the basics, and from there, I put my own spin on things. My style is mostly Mediterranean-inspired, but I love experimenting with different flavors and cuisines.

In recent years, videography has become a big part of my life, so I decided to combine my love for cooking with my passion for creating content. I'm excited to share my journey of making delicious food with you!

A Must Try Brownies Recipe

Heat a pan on medium heat. Add the butter while whisking frequently. Continue to cook the butter. Once melted, the butter will foam up a bit, then subside. Watch carefully as lightly browned specks begin to form at the bottom of the pan.

Turn off the heat, let it cool for one minute and then add the espresso and the coffee ice cubes.

In a large bowl whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla bean (only the inside)

Add cocoa powder and salt. Mix until combined.

Add chopped chocolates and mix until combined.

Line a pan with parchment paper and add the batter.

Cover with plastic wrap, make sure it’s 100% covered, and let the batter rest in the fridge for 48 hours.

Cover with aluminum foil and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, move the pan into the fridge for another 20-24 hours.

Warm it up for a few minutes in the oven before serving.

single espresso cup (or 6g espresso powder)

4 Coffee ice cubes (you can make it from  espresso cups)

chopped 70% cacao chocolate, for topping (170g)
