2 russet potato
½ tbs cayenne pepper
½ tbs chili powder
½ tbs capsaicin chili powder
½ tbs garlic powder
½ tbs onion powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp msg
½ tsp salt

Directions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and then rinse them off.

Slice potatoes with the crinkle peeler over a bowl of water. Once both potatoes have been sliced, rinse them repeatedly in water until it runs clear.

Step 3
Bring a pot of water to boil. Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, them remove.

Let the potatoes sit for a couple minutes until there's little to no moisture remaining.
Step 5
In the meantime, create the chili seasoning by combining the below ingredients in a bowl.
½ tbs chili powder
½ tbs capsaicin chili powder
½ tbs cayenne pepper
½ tbs garlic powder
½ tbs onion powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp msg
½ tsp salt
Step 6
Heat a pan with frying oil to 350°F. Fry until the chips develop a nice color and crunch and then remove with a spider.

Mix chips together with a generous amount of the seasoning mix we made and enjoy.
