Directions
Step 1
Prepare the brine in a bowl.
2 cup buttermilk

Fully submerge the chicken within the brine. Let that marinate for 1 hour in the fridge, or if you'd like overnight.

In the meantime, prepare the dredge.
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup corn starch
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs seasoning salt
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs mustard powder

Fill a deep pan with oil and bring to 352°F.

Dip the marinated chicken into the flour dredge, coating fully. Then cook in the oil until it's nice and golden brown like the video.
Step 6
Reserve some of the oil from frying the chicken and prepare Nashville sauce. Coat the chicken in sauce and enjoy.
