2 large russet potato
1 tbsp cheddar cheese powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
½ tbsp salt
½ tbsp buttermilk powder
1 as needed canola oil

Step 1
Start off by peeling your potatoes, rinse them to get rid of dirt

Slice your potatoes with your mandolin directly into a bowl of water

Step 3
Wash your sliced potatoes in the water until water runs clear
Step 4
While your potatoes sit in the water, start mixing your seasonings.
Step 5
Now boil your sliced potatoes for 5 minutes, once done, take them out and pat them dry
Step 6
Once dried, heat some canola oil to 350 degrees, fry your sliced potatoes until nice and crunchy, about 8-10 minutes or golden brown
Step 7
Once done, toss on a generous amount of seasoning and enjoy
